- Contract Number
- Last 6 Digits of the Vehicle VIN number
- Your Name
- Your Phone Contact Number
- Your Concern with the Vehicle
- Name of Repair Facility
- Repair Facility Contact Number
Step 1
Prevent further damage. You must use all reasonable means and precautions to protect Your Vehicle from further damage.
Step 2
Take your vehicle to an AvantaGuard authorized repair facility.
Step 3
Instruct the authorized Repair Facility to call us for authorization prior to performing the repair.
Ready to go!
If we require tear-down or inspection to determine the cause of failure and cost of repairs, You will be required to authorize the repair facility to perform the tear-down and/or inspection.
